FAQs

  • What can attendees expect?

This is a fully immersive event— not just an expo to walk around and visit vendors and different providers, though they will be present! We will have a breakfast mixer in the morning, in-depth panels touching on nutrition, nourishment, and supporting partners in each season, as well as a Q&A with our fabulous keynote [to be announced soon!!!]

  • Is this a "gather and hang out" event? Or will there be workshops, panels, etc?

There will absolutely be a structure to the whole event with all the above: workshops, panels, speakers, and time to gather and hang out! Full schedule details can be found HERE.

  • Is this a ticketed event?

    YES!

The Saturday main event will require a ticket purchase as well as the private Friday evening event the night prior.

Tickets can be purchased on EVENTBRITE.

  • When do tickets go live?

Tickets will go live June 21st— on the Summer Solstice!

  • How many tickets will be available?

We will have 30 seats available for Friday’s opening ceremony and 75 seats available for Saturday.

  • Can husbands or partners come?

ABSOLUTELY. Building the Village wouldn’t be complete without them. This isn’t to exclude the single parent. All are welcome. Bring your partner, friend, grandma, grandpa, this is an event for those that are truly interested in deepening the village mentality within their village.

  • Can we bring our children?

As much as we would like this to be an all ages event, with the nature of the event being mainly speakers, and with limited tickets available we are limiting the event to babies in arms.

We will have nursing and changing space available provided by Labors of Love Doula.

  • Is there a dress code?

There is none. Where what makes you feel comfortable. If that means celebrating yourself and expressing your dopamine dressing flair, PLEASE DO! If that means showing up in sweats and the most comfy of shirts. Do that! This is a time to also express yourself, show up in the space you are in.

  • What is the parking situation?

There is street parking near the Randall House, please make sure that you are aware of signs and time lengths of street parking.

There are multiple parking areas nearby:

  • Will lunch be provided?

Lunch will not be provided. We will have a 2 hour break in the middle of the day so that you can in turn stretch your legs and be able to support some of the amazing restaurants available within walking distance of The Randall House.
